If we offer a newsletter and you subscribe to it, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.

Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third party payment processor on our behalf.

Health Screening and Other Related Information. If you sign up for an account as an Individual User, we will ask you to provide certain information based on criteria set by a Venue User regarding risk factors for exposure to infectious disease. The responses to these questions include information about symptoms you may be experiencing.  We also ask you to record your body temperature through a thermometer that is connected remotely through the app.  Individual Users also are asked to provide evidence of infectious disease testing results.  You can request a infectious disease screening test through the app, and we will connect you with a third party service provider to obtain this test. When and if a vaccine becomes available, we may also ask for information about your infectious disease vaccination status.

  1. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services

Location Information. When you use our Services, we may receive your precise location information, such as when you record your body temperature through a connected thermometer or request a infectious disease screening test through the app. We also infer your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address.

Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Platform, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.

How We Share the Information We Collect

Venue Users. If you are an Individual User, you have the ability to produce an encrypted “quick response” or QR code that can be read by a Venue User using a scanning feature through our Services. When an Individual displays their QR code to a Venue User, the Venue User scans the Individual User’s unique, encrypted QR code. A green “pass” or red “fail” icon will display on the Venue User’s screen, indicating whether the Individual User’s infectious disease screening parameters fell within the acceptable or unacceptable range set by that Venue User. Only this icon will be displayed on the Venue User’s screen. No other data, such as an Individual’s symptom information or infectious disease test results, will be shared with the Venue User.
